How does the PASM.AI setup process start?
Setup begins with an onboarding discussion where we learn about your business, services, and how enquiries should be handled. This allows the AI receptionist to be configured accurately for your specific needs.
How long does PASM.AI setup take?
Most businesses are up and running within a few business days once setup information is submitted. More complex configurations may take slightly longer depending on the integrations involved.
What information do I need to provide during setup?
We typically need your business name and contact details, a description of your services, your opening hours, your preferred script or a brief we can work from, and any common questions your customers ask. If calendar booking is part of your setup, calendar access is also needed.
Do I need technical knowledge to install PASM.AI?
No. Most of the configuration is handled during onboarding. A dedicated phone number is included with your setup. You do not need an existing phone system or technical knowledge to get started.
Is there a setup fee?

Can the system connect to my calendar?
Yes. When configured during onboarding, the system integrates with compatible scheduling tools so the AI receptionist can check availability and confirm appointments during conversations.
Can PASM.AI connect to my CRM?
Lead details captured during calls are available in your portal for your team to follow up. CRM integration options can be discussed during onboarding. Contact us to find out what is available for your setup.
What happens after setup is completed?
Once setup is finished the system begins capturing enquiries. You can monitor activity in your portal and the team is available to assist with any adjustments.
Who manages the AI after onboarding?
Once configured, the system runs automatically. You can make updates to your script and business information through your portal at any time. For significant changes or assistance, contact us at support@pasm.ai.
What support is available if I need help?
Support is available by email at support@pasm.ai. You can also manage your account, view call records, update your configuration, and access your usage history through your portal.
Can the AI be updated if my services change?
Yes. Your script, business information, and agent configuration can be updated whenever your services, pricing, or policies change. Updates can be made through your portal or by contacting support.
Does onboarding include testing the system?
Yes. The system is tested before launch to help ensure calls are handled correctly. Any issues are resolved before the system goes live.
Can I test the system before going live?
Yes. You can call the AI demo line to experience how the AI receptionist interacts with callers before committing to setup.
Does PASM.AI provide onboarding guidance?
Yes. The onboarding process walks you through how the system works, explains each feature, and answers questions throughout setup.
What if the AI gives an incorrect answer?

Can the system be paused temporarily?

Does PASM.AI require special hardware?
No. The platform operates entirely in the cloud. All you need is an internet connection and your existing devices.
Can I change the AI voice used for phone calls?
Yes. Voice options can be customised during onboarding to match the tone of your brand.
Does PASM.AI work with existing phone numbers?
A dedicated phone number is included with your setup. If you want calls routed from your existing business number, contact us during onboarding to discuss your options.
Can my team review call recordings?
Call recording can be enabled for your account. When active, all parties are notified at the start of the call. Recordings are available to review in your portal. Whether to enable recording and how to manage it in compliance with local laws is your responsibility as the business.
Are chat transcripts available?
After each interaction, a record is available in your portal showing what was discussed and any actions taken. Contact us to discuss what records are available for your specific configuration.
Does the system notify me about new enquiries?
Your team can be notified after new interactions are captured. Notification preferences are configured during onboarding. Contact us to discuss what notification options are available for your setup.
What happens if the AI cannot answer a question?
If the AI encounters a question outside its configured scope, it captures the caller's details so your team can follow up directly.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. PASM.AI operates without long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Customer data is handled according to our published privacy documents. For specific information about data retention and deletion, please review our Privacy Policy at portal.pasm.ai/legal/privacy or contact support@pasm.ai.
Do unused credits expire?
Paid PASM Credits do not expire solely due to passage of time, subject to applicable account and service terms.
Can PASM.AI be customised for my industry?

Is PASM.AI suitable for small businesses?
