Does PASM.AI record phone calls?
Call recording can be enabled for your account. When active, all parties are notified at the start of the call. Whether to enable recording and how to manage it in compliance with local laws is your responsibility as the business.
Can I read transcripts of calls?
After each call, a record of the interaction is available in your portal. This includes caller details, call duration, and a summary of what was discussed and actioned. If recording is enabled, the recording is also available.
