2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you sign up, book a demo, or subscribe to a plan, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing information, and any business details you share during onboarding - such as your services, pricing, and staff information used to train your AI assistant.
Information collected automatically
When visitors interact with your AI assistant powered by PASM.ai, we collect conversation transcripts, lead contact details submitted during chat, call recordings and transcripts (inbound and outbound), appointment booking data, and device and browser information for technical purposes.
Information from third-party integrations
If you connect a CRM, calendar, or other third-party tool, we receive data from those systems as required to deliver the service. This is governed by your agreement with those third parties as well as this policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to deliver and manage your AI assistant service, process payments and subscriptions, train and maintain your AI on your business knowledge base, send service updates and account communications, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability and performance of our platform. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party under any circumstances.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only where strictly necessary - with payment processors such as Wise to handle transactions, with AI infrastructure providers who process conversation data under strict data processing agreements, with CRM and calendar tools you have connected, and with legal or regulatory authorities where required by law. All third-party processors are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
5. Data Retention
Active subscription data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Conversation transcripts and call recordings are retained for 90 days by default, after which they are deleted unless you have requested extended retention. If your account is permanently closed under our dormancy policy, all associated data is deleted within 30 days of closure.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. 7. Cookies
