When you sign up, book a demo, or subscribe to a plan, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing information, and any business details you share during onboarding - such as your services, pricing, and staff information used to train your AI assistant.
When visitors interact with your AI assistant powered by PASM.AI, we collect conversation transcripts, lead contact details submitted during chat, call recordings and transcripts (inbound and outbound), appointment booking data, and device and browser information for technical purposes. All inbound and outbound calls handled by PASM.AI are recorded. Recording is a core function of the platform and cannot be disabled.
If you use the AI Outbound Calling System, you supply contact lists to the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that those contact lists comply with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction including TCPA, CASL, and PECR. We process this data only to deliver the outbound calling service on your behalf.
If you connect a CRM, calendar, or other third-party tool, we receive data from those systems as required to deliver the service.
We use the information we collect to deliver and manage your AI assistant service, process payments and subscriptions, train and maintain your AI on your business knowledge base, send service updates and account communications, and comply with legal obligations. PASM.AI does not intentionally permit client conversation data to be used for third-party AI training unless required for service delivery. We will notify you of any material changes to this position. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to advertisers or unrelated third parties under any circumstances.
We share data only where strictly necessary - with payment processors and banking partners to handle transactions, with trusted AI and telephony infrastructure providers who process conversation data under strict data processing agreements, with CRM and calendar tools you have connected, and with legal or regulatory authorities where required by law. All third-party processors are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Active subscription data is retained for the duration of your subscription. During any dormancy period (up to 180 days after cancellation), your account data, AI configuration, and credit balance are preserved. If your account is permanently closed under our dormancy policy, all associated data is deleted within 30 days of closure. Conversation transcripts and call recordings are typically retained for approximately 90 days unless extended retention is required for operational or compliance purposes.
PASM.AI is GDPR Aligned. We acknowledge the data rights of individuals in GDPR jurisdictions. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@pasm.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
